1. What this policy covers

This policy describes what data SnapDataHub ("we", "us", "the site") collects from visitors, what we do with it, and the third-party services we use. It applies to all pages served on snapdatahub.com and its subdomains.

2. Information we collect

Automatic logs. Like most websites, our servers automatically receive your IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and the page you requested. We use these logs for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic reporting.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and navigate the site. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect data subject to Google's privacy policy.

Search queries. If you use the profile search box, the username you submit is logged so we can keep our index fresh. Search logs are not associated with your IP in our reporting.

Contact email. If you email us, we store the message and your reply-to address to respond and keep a thread history.

3. Advertising — Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to serve ads on this site. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. EU and UK visitors are presented a consent dialog before personalized ads are loaded, in line with GDPR and the IAB TCF. Third-party vendors, including Google, may also serve non-personalized ads based on context (page content) only.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for session state. Third-party cookies are set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described above. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may stop working.

5. Data about creators on the site

SnapDataHub publishes analytics derived from public Snapchat data. If you are a creator featured on the site and want your profile page removed, email [email protected] from an address that establishes ownership of the account and we will remove the page within 7 business days.

6. Data retention

Server logs are kept for 30 days. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults. Profile snapshots are retained indefinitely to power historical trend reports unless a removal request is processed.

7. Your rights

EU/UK/California residents can request a copy of personal data we hold about them, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion. Send requests to [email protected].

8. Changes

We will update this policy as needed; material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days.
